LONDON, ENGLAND – A few weeks ago a video of a rat on a New York City subway that ran across a rider’s face went viral, being viewed thousands of times across the globe. Not to be outdone, a bold rodent who lives “across the pond” made his presence known at one of the most famous addresses in the world – 10 Downing Street, home of British Prime Minister David Cameron – during a live TV broadcast.
