The National Pest Management Association (NPMA) recently announced plans to host a National Bed Bug Forum on January 5-7 in Denver, Colo. The three-day forum is designed to provide PMPs with the information they need from a legal, technical, business, and customer-oriented perspective to address bed bug problems, as well as how to develop an environment of trust between their company and their customers.
The conference will move beyond bed bug basics and focus on solutions essential to properly managing your business in this rapidly changing field. Session topics for the event include:

Demonstrations will include heat, steam, cold, treatment ergonomics and methods, monitoring practices, UVA inspection, and canine inspection.
