Hyde Park, N.Y. — Craig Thomas, president of Craig Thomas Pest Control, recently announce the acquisition of Hometown Pest Control, Hudson Falls, N.Y.
Hometown Pest Control will operate under the name Thomas Pest Services, located in the Capital District Region. Craig Thomas’ daughter, Sarah Thomas, vice president of Thomas Pest Services, will run this operation.
Hometown Pest Control was founded in 1986 and owned by Jeffery Smith. "The quality of Thomas Pest Services along with their family heritage and principles played an important factor in my decision," said Smith.
"I am proud and excited to expand to the Capital District Region," said Craig Thomas. "The potential for this company is tremendous and a great start for my daughter Sarah and her fiance Bill Clark."
In addition, Craig Thomas Pest Control recently acquired All Service Pest Management, Pine Bush, N.Y. All Service was founded by Darrel Nelson who will stay on and
become part of Craig Thomas Pest Control Family. "Nelson will be a great addition to our team,” said Thomas.
Craig Thomas Pest Control offers residential, commercial and industrial pest management services along with structural repair and nuisance wildlife services to Dutchess, Orange, Sullivan, Ulster, Columbia, Greene, and Rockland Counties.
