FREDERICKSBURG, Va. — PermaTreat Pest Control, headquartered in Fredericksburg, Va., has purchased Envirway Pest and Termite, located in Chester, Va., a Richmond suburb. PermaTreat currently has an office in the Richmond area.
The acquisition of Envirway expands PermaTreat's service area to the Petersburg and Hopewell areas as well as Southside Virginia.
The business will continue to operates as Envirway a division of PermaTreat Pest Control. "Envirway fits in perfectly with PermaTreat's green initiative" according to Jack Broome, president and COO for PermaTreat.
