FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – For the third year in a row, PermaTreat Pest and Termite Control was the top fundraising team for the Fredericksburg Region Annual Multiple Sclerosis Walk.
The PermaTreat team raised $15,645, the highest out of 42 teams. The top individual fundraiser on the PermaTreat team was Amanda Mallory, who works at the firm’s Fredericksburg office and is the daughter of Joe Wilson, former owner of PermaTreat. Mallory has had MS for 15 years. The walk was in May and it is held annually to support for the Central Virginia Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
PermaTreat, which is owned by Rollins, Inc., has 10 branches throughout northern and central Virginia with more than 100 employees. The company specializes in general pest and termite control, real estate inspections, new construction pretreatment and outdoor pest control for industrial, commercial and residential customers.
