FREDERICKSBURG, Va.- PermaTreat Manager Jim Elliott helped kick off a day of ringing the bell for the Salvation Army.

PermaTreat CEO Joe Wilson and President Jack Broome also joined in to help make the day long effort by PermaTreat employees a rousing success.
