NORRISTOWN, Pa. — On July 23, Pest Control Technicians, Inc., of Norristown, Pa., celebrated the company’s 40th anniversary at the Academy of Natural Sciences in Philadelphia, Pa.
The gala event, open to employees and their families, included full access to all exhibits in the Academy, a behind-the-scenes tour of their historical collections and, of course, a tour of the extensive insect collection from around the world conducted by two of the Academy’s research entomologists. One of the fun highlights of the gala was an insect eating contest between management and service technicians.
Founder and Company President Joe Silvestrini and company Director of Operations Juliana Shinn planned and hosted the event. Joe Silvestrini was presented with a plaque by the employees honoring his 40 plus years in the pest management industry and Lucille Silvestrini was presented with a bouquet of flowers.
Pest Control Technicians, Inc. services commercial and residential clients throughout Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey. PCT is also a proud service partner for Copesan Pest Services.
