TAMPA, Fla. - Pest Daily announced that Andrea Edgars, former regional service center manager for Orkin Pest Control, has joined the company as its director of client implementation.
In this role, Edgars will provide Pest Daily members with guidance for developing and enhancing the customer service arms of their organizations.
“We’ve experienced tremendous growth over the last several years,” said Pest Daily founder and CEO Seth Garber. “By bringing world-class talent like Andrea to our already incredible team, we’ll be able to provide an even higher level of support to the thousand-plus members of the Pest Daily community. And this is only the beginning of what we’ve got in store.”
Egdars spent more than a decade at Orkin where she moved up the ranks from customer service representative to regional service center manager. During her tenure, her responsibilities included facilitating training programs and spearheading leadership development initiatives, among other activities. In her most recent role, Edgars worked as a technical editor for Stantec, a global consulting firm, where she honed her writing and editing skills and implemented new workflows aimed at increasing efficiencies within the company.
As Pest Daily’s director of client implementation, Edgars is eager to combine her skill sets and industry experience to help owner/operators across the country achieve their goals.
“What drew me to Pest Daily was the passion and excitement the team has about the work they do. It’s infectious!” Edgars said. “I’m looking forward to being in a role where I can be hands-on with clients and impact them in a positive way.”
