The total U.S.William BlairPCO Bookkeepers & M&A Specialists Pest Index increased 10 percent year-over-year in April 2025. This result matches the long-term average index growth rate of 10 percent. On a sequential basis, the index increased 13 percent from March, which is in line with normal seasonal trends.

“The residential pest and commercial pest indices have been consistent over the last six months, with the residential index growing in the 10 percent to 11 percent range and the commercial index growing in the 10 percent to 13 percent range,” said William Blair Equity Researcher Tim Mulrooney. “The termite index and the mosquito index decelerated in April.”
