FAIRFAX, Va. – The Pest Management Foundation has announced the establishment of the Gary D. Curl and Carol Jones-Curl Scholarship, established Gary Curl and Carol Jones-Curl.
Gary Curl and Carol Jones-Curl have established the Gary D. Curl and Carol Jones-Curl Scholarship to support a student pursuing a career in professional pest management.
This $1,000 scholarship will be awarded annually to a student graduating from high school and entering the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources (CANR) at the University of Delaware or a currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student attending the University of Delaware in the CANR.
“This scholarship is an opportunity for us to give back to the industry that has supported us for more than 45 years. We hope it might make it a little easier for a student to pursue a career in the professional pest management industry. Also, it provides me with an opportunity to support the University of Delaware College of Agriculture and Natural Resources which forged my career in the industry,” said Gary Curl, Founder of Specialty Consultants.
