SAN JOSE, Calif. — The Pest Posse introduces a weekly YouTube series geared towards small and medium-sized pest management companies. Pest Posse Academy is a plug-n-play video-based training system.
The training system has four different courses delivered each month to give companies a regular, ongoing training curriculum. The curriculum includes courses on safety, pest identification, reading pesticide labels and specific application techniques.
Recently, the Pest Posse Academy offered a free training course on commercial kitchen inspection. This course included lessons on Integrated Pest Management, inspection tools needed, the inspection of a commercial kitchen and the importance of communication and documentation.

The Pest Posse was founded in 2017 by PCO Culley Christensen, who was joined by fellow PCO Foster Brusca in 2018. These two pest management professionals have a combined 45-plus years of experience in the pest management industry.
