SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Pest Pros Pest Solutions has acquired Eagle Pest Control, a Sacramento, Calif., area pest control provider, with reach into the Central Valley, founded by Eric Avelar.
Pest Pros said Eagle Pest, which was founded five years ago, built a strong reputation rooted in genuine connection, consistent service, and trusted results. The acquisition allows Pest Pros to expand its footprint throughout Elk Grove, the Central Valley, and surrounding Sacramento communities while increasing route density and operational efficiency in the region.
“This is about honoring what was created and building on it,” said Josh Fleenor, founder and president of Pest Pros Pest Solutions. “Eric [Avelar] created a company centered on relationships and results. That aligns perfectly with who we are. We are committed to carrying his legacy forward while bringing expanded resources, infrastructure, and service capabilities to his clients.”
Pest Pros Pest Solutions currently operates out of four locations: Sacramento, Roseville, Yuba City, and Concord. The company said with an established presence across the Bay Area, Yuba Sutter region, Central Valley, and greater Sacramento area, the company continues to grow strategically while maintaining its family-owned culture and community focus.
Through this acquisition, Eagle Pest Control clients will continue receiving their current services without interruption. In addition, they will now have access to expanded service offerings.
