SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Pest Pros Pest Solutions acquired North Valley IPM, a pest management company based in Yuba City, Calif.

The company said this milestone represents the continuation of a legacy built on trust, community connection, and genuine care for clients.

For the past 20 years, Dave and Maggie Cheatle have operated North Valley IPM. Pest Pros said what began as a grassroots effort, pushing their small child through neighborhoods in a stroller making the community aware of North Valley IPM, grew into a business where clients became family and service was deeply personal.

Pest Pros’ core values match what North Valley IPM was built on the company said.

The acquisition grows Pest Pros’ presence in Northern California, particularly in communities north of Sacramento. Pest Pros said for North Valley IPM clients the same love, care and attention they have received for nearly two decades will continue.

“This is also a deeply personal milestone for me as founder and president of Pest Pros,” Josh Fleenor said. “I have built this company with an intense focus on culture, leadership development, and community impact. Growth has always been important, but never at the expense of who we are. Dave and Maggie are now part of the Pest Pros family, and their story, sacrifice, and values will forever have a stamp on our organization. We are better because of them.”

The company said this acquisition is a shared commitment to people, to purpose, and to carrying a legacy forward with intention.

"We are honored that Dave and Maggie trusted us with what they built through blood, sweat, and tears, and we look forward to serving their clients and community with the same heart for the next 18 years and beyond," the company said.
