ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, announced the acquisition of the assets of May Pest by PestCo Holdings.
Located in Waterloo, Ill. and established in 1987, May Pest is a provider of commercial and residential pest control services.
PestCo is national provider of pest control services to residential and commercial customers.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
