ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, announced the acquisition of the assets of Chicagoland Pest Services by PestCo Holdings, a TSCP portfolio company.
Located in Orland Park, a suburb of Chicago, Ill., Chicagoland is a provider of commercial and residential pest control services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
This acquisition supports PestCo’s mission of building a national platform through partnerships with high-quality, growth-focused operators, the company said.
