ST. LOUIS – Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, announced the acquisition of the assets of Sasquatch Pest Control by PestCo Holdings, LLC (PestCo), a TSCP portfolio company.
Located in Portland, Ore., Sasquatch is a provider of residential pest control services.
Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
