PestCo Holdings Acquires Arizona’s Best Choice Pest & Termite Services

ST. LOUIS - Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, announced the acquisition of Arizona’s Best Choice Pest & Termite Services (ABC) by PestCo Holdings, a national provider of pest control services to residential and commercial customers.

Based in Phoenix, Ariz., ABC is a provider of residential and commercial pest control services in Arizona. This acquisition represents a strategic expansion into the Southwestern U.S. market. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
