PestCo Holdings Acquires Garella Pest Services

ST. LOUIS - Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, announced the acquisition of the assets of Garella Pest Services by PestCo Holdings, a national provider of pest control services to residential and commercial customers and a TSCP portfolio company.

Located in Staunton, Ill., Garella is a provider of residential and commercial pest control services. With the backing of PestCo’s team and resources, Garella is positioned for future growth, while continuing to provide high-quality service to customers.
