ST. LOUIS, Miss. – Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, announced the acquisition of the assets of Live Oak Pest Control and PestBan+ by PestCo Holdings.
Located in San Antonio, Texas, Live Oak is a provider of residential and commercial pest control services. PestBan, located in Dallas, Texas, is a provider of commercial pest control services with a focus on multi-family communities.
These are the twelfth and thirteenth investments for PestCo.
