PestCo Holdings Acquires Long Pest Control

TACOMA, Wash. – Thompson Street Capital Partners’ portfolio company, PestCo Holdings, has acquired Long Pest Control, a residential and commercial pest control service provider based in Tacoma, Wash. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition of Long Pest Control, founded in 1979, bolsters PestCo’s footprint in the greater Seattle region.
