ST. LOUIS - Thompson Street Capital Partners announced that portfolio company PestCo Holdings has invested in Elrod Enterprises, dba Pest Force and Boydstun Pest.
Pest Force operates across the major metropolitan areas of Texas with branch locations in Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, and New Braunfels (Austin and San Antonio), and Boydstun operates in Midland, Texas. Terms of the investment were not disclosed. This is the seventh investment for acquisition company PestCo.
