RENO, Calif. — Jeff Van Diepen, president and CEO of Pestmaster Services announced the company’s first international franchisee, located in the Republic of Lebanon.
Van Diepen is excited about this new development, which he described as an opportunity to see if the “unique model we’ve done here in the USA could be viable in other countries.”
In preparation for this venture, Van Diepen has been studying business considerations in Lebanon including franchise laws (there are none in Lebanon), logistics for materials and supplies, trademark registrations, licensing, and opportunities within the country.
The company that now owns the franchise in Lebanon is called SANAR CO. The owners are Nadim and Roua Dib, and their goals include expansion of the branch throughout the Middle East and Africa.
