HUDSON VALLEY, N.Y. — Alleymor, doing business as Pestmaster of the Hudson Valley, acquired Catskill Animal Damage Control (ADC), a wildlife management company with 25 years of dedicated service in the region. This strategic acquisition aligns two companies in the pest and wildlife management industry, both of which have served the Hudson Valley for over two decades.
Mark Charpentier, the founder of Catskill ADC, has chosen to semi-retire, confident that Pestmaster of the Hudson Valley will carry forward the commitment to quality service and customer care that Catskill ADC is known for, he said.
Pestmaster of the Hudson Valley, owned by Paul and Amy Alley, is part of the Pestmaster franchise network and stands as the largest franchise in the system.
“Mark’s reputation for integrity and expertise in wildlife management is something we’ve admired for years,” said Paul Alley. “We are honored to continue the relationships he has built and expand on the high standards of service his clients have come to expect.
Through this acquisition, Pestmaster of the Hudson Valley will enhance its capabilities in humane wildlife management while maintaining the personalized approach that has earned both companies the trust of the Hudson Valley community. Existing clients of Catskill ADC can expect a seamless transition and continued dedication to solving their wildlife challenges, Paul said.
