WACO, Texas — Waco, Texas pest control company 855bugs.com is introducing PestWorks, a new pest contrrol management software.
After years of going through multiple frustrating and disappointing management platforms, owners of 855bugs.com, Bob Howard and Patrick Baldwin decided to create a software of their own.
“At one point we were using multiple programs simultaneously just to manage our business,” said Baldwin.
Having worked in pest control for a combined 33 years, Howard and Baldwin utilized their knowledge and understanding of the industry to create a software specifically catered for the needs of professional pest control. PestWorks online management software “provides owners and technicians a unifying platform to manage every aspect of their business,” said Baldwin.
Unlike generic software with different service field options, PestWorks was designed with pest control in mind. “Built from the ground up for the pest control industry, PestWorks maintains a sharp focus on removing friction and empowering employees to be productive,” said Aaron Bray, PestWorks’ Chief Technical Officer.
Through the use of tools such as the Tech Dashboard, PestWorks encourages employees to keep their schedules full. Users have the ability to not only to create estimates; they can also complete and invoice jobs while on site.
PestWorks is also currently developing new features such as auto-pay, print-to-mail and a front owner’s dashboard to enhance the convenience of the program. The PestWorks software is available as a demo online at www.PestWorksapp.com.
