Plunkett's Acquires Danville, Ind.-Based Phoenix Pest Control & Wildlife

FRIDLEY, Minn. — Plunkett’s Pest Control has acquired Phoenix Pest Control & Wildlife, based in Danville, Ind. Phoenix provides full-service pest and wildlife management services in Danville and throughout the greater Indianapolis area.

Plunkett's Owner Stacy O’Reilly said, “We are so pleased to carry on what Bryant and his team have built  in their area. Everything they’ve done is  very solid, making it a pleasure to merge their organization with ours.”

Phoenix Owner Bryant Magnus said he and his wife, “hadn’t seriously considered selling before now. We liked the idea of merging with someone who could provide more benefits and  stability, but we weren’t at all interested in being gobbled up by a big business who doesn’t really care. In Plunkett’s/Varment Guard, we found the best of both worlds and the timing was perfect for our family.”

Magnus has joined the Plunkett’s/Varment Guard team as a Service Supervisor and, according to O’Reilly, “that’s the best part of this whole thing; having Bryant on our team, with his knowledge of the area, is  priceless. He’s a great guy.”
