YARDLEY, Pa. — Two pest control industry leaders have completed TRNZ4m’s Accelerated Gross Profit (AGP) program, a leadership development initiative designed to strengthen frontline management, accountability and operational performance.

Regina Williams of Clint Miller Exterminating and Chris Isenhart, external operations director at Modern Exterminating, recently graduated from the program, which focuses on helping managers better understand business performance through data, financial analysis and people-centered leadership practices.

The AGP program is designed for field service organizations seeking to improve profitability and efficiency by equipping frontline leaders with practical tools for decision-making, coaching and accountability. Participants learn to balance day-to-day operational demands with strategic oversight, emphasizing the distinction between working in the business and working on the business.

At Clint Miller Exterminating, Williams applied AGP concepts to improve management visibility and leadership effectiveness. The program emphasizes adaptability in leadership styles and clear communication to support accountability and team performance. “The program opened my eyes to potential growth,” Williams said. “It’s made me a better manager by helping me see the bigger picture.”

At Modern Exterminating, Isenhart focused on translating financial and operational data into actionable improvements across technician teams. As a result of applying AGP financial tools, the company achieved reductions in material costs and improved fleet cost management. Savings were reinvested into safety initiatives, including upgraded vehicle technology.

“By applying AGP’s financial tools, we were able to reduce material costs year over year,” Isenhart said. “With improved fleet cost management, we also reinvested in vehicle safety technology, including drive cams.”

The AGP program also emphasizes structured systems for productivity, engagement and retention. Modern Exterminating reported improvements in technician support and reduced turnover as leaders adopted more consistent management practices.

Developed by TRNZ4m, the Accelerated Gross Profit program serves pest control and field service organizations nationwide. In addition to operational benefits, the program encourages long-term leadership development and peer collaboration among industry professionals.

TRNZ4m officials said the program continues to expand as companies seek data-driven approaches to leadership, profitability and sustainable growth in an increasingly competitive service environment.
