The Professional Pest Management Alliance (PPMA), the public outreach arm of the National Pest Management Association (NPMA), has released its artificial intelligence (AI) research findings for February 2021.
Interesting findings include:
- Stink bugs saw an increase in engagement in February of 180%
- Not surprisingly, termites saw an engagement increase of 119%
- Conversations around finding rodents in the backyard increased a staggering 1,999% since January
- Conversations around finding rodents in the garage/shed increased 199% since January
