FAIRFAX, Va. – The Professional Pest Management Alliance (PPMA ) announces a new addition to its children’s Web site, www.pestworldforkids.org. Archibald’s Adventure, a brand new learning game featuring an odorous house ant named Archibald, was added to the site in early May.
The game allows children to explore the world through Archibald’s point of view. Children can follow Archibald through three game levels – the outdoors, the kitchen floor and the kitchen counter. Players progress through the game levels by avoiding obstacles and gathering food sources to feed the ant queen. The colorful style of the game is reminiscent of classic video games.
“Archibald is the star of the current radio spots airing on Radio Disney, so naturally we thought he would be a great addition to the website,” PPMA Executive Director Cindy Mannes said. “As with the rest of the site, the game meets curriculum requirements set by the National Science Foundation.”
To join Archibald on his adventure, visit the Learning Games section of www.pestworldforkids.org.
