MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Presto-X Memphis, Tenn. branch, was the recipient of the Rentokil Global Branch of the Year award. Danny Brown is the service center manager for the branch.
“The award was completely unexpected. It reflects the dedication and hard work that the Memphis team put forth in servicing our clients in 2010,” said Brown, when presented the award on behalf of his team at the Rentokil North America Annual Meeting in Lancaster, Pa.
To be eligible for the Branch of the Year Award, the branch must achieve 100% of 2010 profit budget. Additionally, the award is based on the highest combined score from three key elements: customer service, relationship and teamwork.
