AUBURN, Ala. - Prewett Pest Control, based in Auburn, Ala., announced the acquisition of Eco-Sensitive, a pest control company based in Columbus, Ga. This acquisition marks the company’s first expansion into Georgia.
Prewett Pest Control was established in 2020 and currently offers modern pest solutions to homeowners and businesses in East Alabama, West Alabama, and the Gulf Coast. “We are excited and thrilled for the opportunity to expand our presence into the Georgia market,” said Rusty Prewett, CEO of Prewett Pest Control.
The acquisition is a part of Prewett Pest Control's growth strategy, which involves expanding its services to new locations and investing in the latest technologies to provide modern, convenient, and effective pest services.
Former Eco-Sensitive Owner Stanley Cash has over 20 years of pest control experience and will be joining Prewett Pest Control’s team to integrate his expertise into their operations. “We are thrilled to join forces with Prewett Pest Control and work together to provide exceptional services to our Georgia customers and beyond,” said Cash.
