NORTHPORT, Ala. - Prewett Pest Control (PPC) announced its acquisition of Turner Pest Solutions (TPS) in August of 2021. Located in Northport, Ala., TPS is a family-owned, service-driven company, led by Alabama native Toby Turner.
Turner brings several years of experience to the pest control industry and after 7 years in the business, he and his wife Kristen took an entrepreneurial leap, opening Turner Pest Solutions to the public in May of 2020.
The move to acquire TPS began early 2021, when Lee Thompson, director of operations at PPC, developed a friendship with Toby. “With this partnership, we’re able to join forces with a great family and company, and expand our footprint across Alabama into the growing Tuscaloosa area,” said Rusty Prewett, owner of Prewett Pest Control.
Prewett said Turner and his team know the Northport market extremely well, their experience and reputation also complement PPC’s overall mission to provide exceptional service for its valued customers.
