AUBURN, Ala. - Prewett Pest Control (PPC), Auburn, Ala., expanded its footprint to the Gulf Coast, acquiring Xtreme Xterminating, owned by Tim Brown of Robertsdale, Ala.
For nearly 20 years, Brown and his family have been ambassadors of Robertsdale, providing customers with high quality services, superior value, and affordable prices, Prewett says.
Prewett opened its doors to their Auburn, Ala., customers in July of 2020 with intentions of creating a different type of pest control company. Their owner, Rusty Prewett, strived to create value with every customer, team member, and partner interaction through modern, convenient, and effective services.
The acquisition of Xtreme marks a new chapter for Prewett. “Tim did an amazing job growing Xtreme Xterminating from the ground up and has built a great reputation in the area along with a solid footprint in the market,” said Lee Thompson, director of operations of PPC. Prewett and Thompson said they could see their core values and vision aligned with Brown’s and acquiring Xtreme Xterminating was an opportunity they could not pass up.
