SAN MARCOS, Calif. — San Marcos, Calif.-based Pro Pacific Pest Control recently acquired Irvine, Calif.-based Pacific Pest Control.
The acquisition is the first for Pro Pacific since being acquired in December 2020 by Anticimex, a Swedish-owned international modern pest control company with subsidiaries in 19 countries.
"This is our first acquisition but won't be our last,” said Shane Hoy, president of Pro Pacific. "Pacific Pest Control is highly regarded in the community and industry. We're proud to have them on board, and we're confident that both companies will benefit from our shared commitment to exceptional quality and service."
Pacific Pest Control has been serving residents and business owners in Orange County since 2008.
“I am excited to partner with Pro Pacific Pest Control," said Pacific owner Craig Broadhead. "With this opportunity, I feel that both of our teams will benefit from new opportunities and allow for successes that we couldn't accomplish on our own.”
Paul Giannamore and Franco Villanueva-Meyer, representatives of The Potomac Company, acted as exclusive financial advisors to Pacific.
