PALM COAST, Fla. — The Florida chapter of Professional Women in Pest Management invites the public to the Florida Pest Management Association’s Summer Conference on Thursday, June 14, at Hammock Beach Golf Resort and Spa in Palm Coast, Fla., as it supports Dress for Success.
The chapter will be collecting donations of gently used professional attire for Dress for Success, which promotes the economic independence of women by providing professional attire, a network of support and career development tools to help them thrive in work and in life.
Some of the items accepted include:
- Contemporary, interview-appropriate skirts and pant suits
- Crisp blouses
- Women’s blazers and jackets
- Professional, gently worn shoes
- Jewelry and accessories (watches, handbags, scarves)
Donors will earn a ticket to the PWIPM Happy Hour at the conference from 5-6:30 p.m. The chapter has a hospitality suite reserved and will offer wine, beer, soda and light appetizers.
