Patrick Quigley Celebrates 40th Year in Pest Control Industry

SICKLERVILLE, N.J. — Patrick Quigley, president and owner of Sales Training by Design, is celebrating his 40th year in the pest management industry. 

 

Quigley spent 15 years with Western Termite and Pest Control (N.J.), working in many different aspects of the business from the ground (under crawlspaces) up, to regional sales manager. He was then promoted to director of sales for Residex Corporation (5 years) from 1995 -2000, owned by Western Industries (also parent company of Western Termite and Pest Control). After five successful years with Residex, Quigley started his consulting firm, Sales Training by Design.

 

During the past 20 years his client list is a “Who’s Who” of the industry. Many of his previous clients have been acquired by some larger firms in the industry.  

 

"They say, 'When you love what you do, you don’t work a day in your life,'" Quigley said. "This industry has been great to me and the people in the industry are awesome. With all of the diversity in products and services that are offered, it has allowed me to provide training in other industries as well."
