Quik-Kill Earns QualityPro Schools Mark of Excellence in Pest Management
STREATOR, Ill. - Quik-Kill Pest Eliminators also announced it has earned the QualityPro Schools designation. This initiative, supported by the National Pest Management Association, ensures that Quik-Kill has been trained and certified in controlling pests in schools using the most responsible techniques available today.
"Becoming a QualityPro Schools company means that we have taken extraordinary steps to ensure that schools can rely on us," said Quik-Kill President Tim Baietto. "We have fulfilled numerous thorough and in-depth qualifications, including the completion of training above and beyond state requirements for technicians and salespeople that work at schools."
According to the National Pest Management Association, QualityPro Schools companies have met qualifications built around five key principles: Business Operations, Consumer Relations, Environmental Stewardship, Technician Training, and School Integrated Pest Management.
These companies are focused on providing a healthy learning environment, providing environmentally responsible pest control, and reducing children's exposure to pesticides and pest-related health threats. In addition, QualityPro Schools companies' employees have undergone extensive background checks.
"We have taken these steps to help demonstrate that as pest management professionals, we are very concerned about protecting children in the school environment," said Baietto. "Becoming QualityPro Schools was important to me, because I believe the management of pests in a sensitive environment like a school demands special care. This designation, like the QualityPro program, offers schools solid proof of our ability to provide responsible services to schools." |
