THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. — The recent heavy California rains have left lawns and gardens lush with greenery, but an unintended side effect of all that water is super-sized rodents who may look upon your home as their own.
Rats and squirrels are multiplying faster than exterminators can get rid of them, NBC4's David Cruz reported.
PCOs say that the hardy rodents, fattened by nature's buffet, are the worst they've seen since El Nino blew through.
