Redd Pest Solutions Announces Leadership Appointments and Promotions

GULFPORT, Miss. — Redd Pest Solutions announced several leadership promotions and appointments that further strengthen the company’s operational structure and support continued growth across Mississippi, Louisiana, and Alabama.

As demand continues to grow for reliable pest control services — including termite control, mosquito services, rodent control and general pest management — Redd Pest Solutions said it remains focused on building a leadership team equipped to support customers, employees, and long-term operational excellence.

Kolby Krohn, ACE, was promoted to chief operating officer. Since joining Redd Pest Solutions in October 2022, Krohn has played a key role in strengthening operational performance and supporting company growth, the company said. With more than 7 years of pest control industry experience, Krohn has advanced from general manager into the role of chief operating officer. In this position, he will oversee company-wide operations, guide strategic execution, and drive process improvements that support efficiency, consistency, and scalable growth across residential and commercial service lines.

Chris Mosley, ACE, was promoted to general manager. Mosley brings nearly 25 years of experience in the pest control industry and a strong background in leadership and business development, said Redd Pest Solutions. After joining Redd Pest Solutions in September 2023 as director of business development, Mosley has been promoted to general manager. He will oversee daily operations, support branch leadership, and ensure performance standards are met to deliver dependable pest control services to customers.

Norman Louviere, ACE, PHE, CFPM, was promoted to divisional manager – South. With over 20 years of industry experience, Louviere brings extensive technical expertise in termite control and structural pest management, the company noted. Since joining Redd Pest Solutions in October 2024, Louviere has progressed from regional termite manager to divisional manager – South, where he will oversee southern operations with a focus on compliance, technical excellence, and leadership development.

Josh Graham was hired as divisional manager – North. Josh Graham recently joined Redd Pest Solutions as divisional manager – North, bringing more than 17 years of management experience and over 8 years in the pest control industry, the company said. In this role, Graham will lead operations throughout the North division, focusing on team development, service quality, and operational consistency to support continued growth.
