FAIRFAX, Va. –– The National Pest Management Association (NPMA) has officially opened registration and housing for PestWorld 2025, the pest management industry's largest annual event. Taking place October 21-24, at the Marriott Orlando World Center in Orlando, Fla., this year's convention will deliver opportunities for industry professionals to get "Connected, Inspired, and Educated."
PestWorld 2025 will bring together thousands of pest management professionals, including owners, managers, technicians, researchers, educators, and suppliers from across the globe. The event will feature a dynamic exhibit hall with over 200 industry-leading vendors showcasing cutting-edge products and services across 100,000 square feet of exhibition space.
Event Highlights
This year's PestWorld will include the Opening Ceremony on Tues., October 21, followed by General Sessions on Wednesday and Thursday, October 22-23. The convention will conclude with the PestWorld Closing Party, "PestFest," on Friday, October 24.
The comprehensive educational program includes concurrent sessions covering Business, Fumigation, Lawn & Ornamental, Public Health, Safety, Technical, Wildlife, and Wood Destroying Organism topics. Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) will be available for most sessions, with NPMA being an approved provider in most states.
Registration Information
Early bird registration rates are available until September 5, 2025. NPMA member rates start at $785 for the first attendee, with discounted rates for additional attendees from the same company. Non-member rates begin at $995. Special rates are also available for international attendees, spouses/guests, and children.
Housing Information
All PestWorld 2025 events will be held at the Marriott Orlando World Center. NPMA has secured a discounted room rate of $259 per night plus taxes and fees. The hotel reservation cutoff date is September 26, 2025, and attendees are encouraged to book their accommodations early as rooms are expected to fill quickly.
Optional Events
Several optional events are available for additional fees, including the Pest Management Foundation Gala, the PestWorld 2025 Golf Tournament hosted by the Florida Pest Management Association at Hawk's Landing Golf Club, and the PWIPM 5K Fun Run/Walk benefiting a local Orlando charity.
Additionally, NPMA is offering a post-convention trip to the Salterra Resort & Spa in Turks & Caicos from October 25-29, providing attendees an opportunity to unwind after a busy week at PestWorld.
