LONDON — Rentokil Initial reported a solid first-half performance for 2025, delivering 3.1% revenue growth and $444 million in adjusted group profit before tax, in line with expectations, the company said.
The pest control and hygiene services group posted strong free cash flow conversion of 93%, ahead of its 80% guidance. Organic growth reached 1.6%, with North America up 1.1% and international markets rising 2.7%.
“We delivered a solid first half performance, in line with expectations,” CEO Andy Ransom said in the company’s interim results statement. “Our sales and marketing initiatives in North America are starting to have an impact.”
North American organic growth improved to 1.4% in the second quarter, up from 0.7% in the first. The company also reported a 6.6% rise in residential and termite lead flow in June, the first monthly increase this year.
Rentokil continues to expand its satellite branch network, reaching 100 locations with a goal of 150 by year-end. Integration efforts will resume in the second half, focused on standalone commercial branches.
Despite integration delays, Rentokil reaffirmed its $100 million cost reduction target and goal of a 20%+ North American operating margin post-2026.
