AVON, Ohio — Rentokil North America has acquired substantially all of the assets of Hoban Pest Control of Avon, Ohio, The Potomac Company reported.
Hoban is one of the fastest growing pest control companies in Northeast Ohio and has won the Angie’s List Super Service Award for 13 years. The transaction allows the shareholders of Hoban Pest Control to execute their succession plan while allowing the second generation to remain with the firm as part of Rentokil North America.
