
READING, Pa. – Rentokil North America announced the acquisition of Inman-Murphy Termite and Pest Control. The acquisition was finalized in June.
"The Inman-Murphy team has grown a loyal customer base in Memphis and the Mid-South,” said John Myers, president and CEO of Rentokil North America. “Our biggest goal is to protect people and enhance lives, and we look forward to welcoming the Inman-Murphy customers and colleagues to the Rentokil family.”
Inman-Murphy was founded in 1999 and serves residential and commercial customers in the Memphis-metro area.
“Rentokil was a great fit to continue our long history of customer service and opportunities for growth for our colleagues,” said Chris Murphy, president of Inman-Murphy.
