Rentokil Acquires Liberty Pest Control

Rentokil has expanded its New York footprint with the acquisition of Hudson Valley, N.Y.-based Liberty Pest Control, according to the Potomac Pest Control Group.

Liberty was founded in 1959 and its service area spans from Albany, N.Y., to Scranton, Pa.

In the Hudson Valley, Rentokil operates its primary pest control brand as Ehrlich Pest Control.”
