READING, Pa. - Rentokil Terminix announced the acquisition of Live Oak Pest Control. The transaction closed on May 1, 2024, and terms were not disclosed.
Live Oak Pest Control was founded in 1972 by Bob and Frances McGranahan. In 1997, their daughter, Melissa Snodgrass, joined Live Oak Pest Control and was instrumental in its ongoing growth. She led the business as its president up until the sale.
From its offices in McAlpin, the company services residential and commercial customers throughout north-central Florida.
LR Tullius represented and acted as exclusive financial advisor to Live Oak Pest Control on the transaction.
