Rentokil/Ehrlich Names Kamzelski Director of Customer Service

READING, Pa. – Paul (PK) Kamzelski has been promoted to the newly created position of director of customer service at Rentokil/Ehrlich Pest Control. The announcement was made by Victor Hammel, Ehrlich President and CEO of Rentokil Pest Control North America.

As Rentokil/Ehrlich Director of Customer Service, Kamzelski will focus on several key areas, including stewardship of major accounts, customer retention/service and the integration of future Rentokil/Ehrlich acquisitions, especially as they pertain to larger customers. He will join Bonnie Bechtel, Dave Fisher and Bill Dickerson as members of the company’s COPESAN team and will oversee the Customer Service Center. He will also work as part of a 3-person team that will review pest control services, programs and policies.

Kamzelski has been part of Rentokil Pest Control for the past 19 years in service, sales and management positions. He most recently served as the company’s Northern Regional Manager. “Paul brings an absolute passion for customers, and the creation of this position further underscores Rentokil/Ehrlich’s commitment to quality service,” said Hammel.

Rentokil/Ehrlich currently operates 56 offices in 11 US states and Canada. Worldwide, Rentokil’s pest control business operates in 27 countries and employs 4,600 coworkers.
