LONDON — Rentokil Initial reported that its performance for the full year ending Dec, 31, 2024, met expectations, with North America’s adjusted operating margin and group adjusted operating profit before tax (PBTA) also aligning with prior forecasts. Rentokil said its integration efforts in North America are progressing as planned, with successful pilots for new satellite branches, updated technician and sales pay structures, and re-branding activities in Q4.
For the fourth quarter of 2024, Rentokil reported a 2.3 percent increase in organic revenue growth in North America, up from 1.4 percent in Q3 2024. This growth was driven by a 1.5 percent increase in North America Pest Control services, which benefited from enhanced marketing initiatives that led to higher inbound lead flow. Overall, the group saw a 3 percent increase in organic revenue growth in Q4 2024.
Rentokil also announced that Brad Paulsen, the CEO of North America, will leave the company in April 2025 to pursue a new opportunity at a U.S.-listed company in the building materials sector. Paulsen, who has been with Rentokil for several years, will remain with the company through April to ensure a smooth transition.

The company also announced that Brad Paulsen will step down as CEO of North America in April 2025. Alain Moffroid, the company’s chief commercial officer, will serve as interim CEO for North America. Moffroid, who joined Rentokil in 2013 from Unilever, has extensive experience in both residential and commercial pest control. Having previously served as managing director in the Pacific and Europe, Moffroid was appointed chief commercial officer in April 2024. He will begin transitioning to the North American business in the coming weeks.
