READING, Penn. – Rentokil Terminix announced the acquisition of Econex Pest Management. The acquisition was finalized in September 2022.
Econex was founded in 1988 and serves the Yorba Linda and Orange County regions of California.
“We are thrilled for this opportunity to join the Rentokil family and are excited for the value and benefits our customers and employees will experience,” Jon Berrett and Christian Demke, owners of Econex, said in a press release.
The Potomac Company acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Econex Pest Management.
