READING, Pa. - Rentokil Terminix announced the acquisition of two California-based companies: Humboldt Termite and Pest and Pestgon Professional Pest Management.
Founded in 1997, Humboldt Termite and Pest, Arcata, Calif., serves California's North Coast region with a focus on the use of all-natural and non-chemical pest control options.
Pestgon, based in Oceanside, Calif., was established in 1980 and offers residential, commercial and termite control control as well as repair services.
“Both companies are driven by the same people-first mindset with a commitment to building trusted local connections,” said Alain Moffroid, CEO of Rentokil Terminix. “These acquisitions strengthen our collective future, and we're excited to see what we’ll achieve together.”
Kemp Anderson Consulting served as the broker for both transactions.
