MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Franklin Brown, a service specialist for Rentokil Terminix, Memphis, Tenn., recently earned associate certified entomologist (ACE) from the Entomological Society of America.
The ACE program, endorsed by the National Pest Management Association, is a benchmark of professionalism in the pest management industry. ACE applicants are required to have a minimum of five years of verifiable pest management experience and pass a rigorous examination testing their knowledge of the industry. The designation also indicates a responsibility to render effective service to humanity while ascribing to a code of ethical behavior.
