Description
The Contractor shall perform Integrated Pest Management Services at the Beltsville Agricultural Research Center (BARC), Beltsville, MD, the National Agricultural Library (NAL), Beltsville, MD, and the United States National Arboretum (USDA), Washington, DC.     The contract is for One Base Period, with Four, One Year Option Periods.     The Base Period shall be from February 1, 2006 through September 30, 2006.     The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561710 and the annual size standard is $6.0 million.     This acquisition will be procured as a Small Business Set-Aside.     This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ), using procedures from FAR Part 13 ? Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 12 ? Acquisition of Commercial Items, and will also incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-06.     The solicitation will be available to interested parties through electronic data exchange only.     The internet address is www.fedbizops.gov.     Notification of any changes (amendments) to this solicitation shall be made via the internet.     The solicitation will be released (ready for downloading) on or about January 5, 2006.     Quotations will be due on January 27, 2006.     All responsible sources may submit a written quotation which shall be considered by the agency.     A firm-fixed purchase order will be awarded to the responsible offeror who submits the quotation considered the most advantageous to the Government.     Anticipated award date is no later than January 31, 2006.
